Erika is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), and mindfulness coach, who specializes in empowering perimenopausal women (35-55) to feel energetic, confident & sexy again by balancing their hormones with lifestyle & nutrition techniques. Within a week I was already seeing an improvement with my energy levels. After a month I felt like I was back to normal. My BG levels are between 90-95 in the am. I rarely eat processed foods and always look at the sugar, I cook more or have the protein bowls at subway. It's been so good and as a result, I can shed fat, build more muscle, hopefully still shedding fat. Way less cravings, better GI system, less migraines, only hormonal ones now and less than before. Last cycle was regular. So much good!!!! You changed my life!!!
